## Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the execution of sales strategies in regional retail stores, aligning with national guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing sales execution in regional retail stores

- Developing and implementing negotiation and execution concepts for Red Bull products

- Identifying key opportunities and developing long-term sales strategies and action plans

- Creating and structuring commercial agreements with major retail accounts

- Negotiating and building relationships with large retail chains

- Analyzing performance indicators, such as sales volume, market share, and price relativity

- Managing budgets and negotiating contracts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Valid driver's license (Category B)

- Intermediate English language skills (advanced level a plus)

- Proven experience in commercial sales with key accounts

- Strong analytical and planning skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Availability for travel (40-50%)
