## Job Overview

We're looking for a Creative Manager to lead our AI-forward, impact-first creative team at Meesho, India's profitable e-commerce platform.

## Responsibilities

### Creative Leadership

- Lead campaigns across brand, performance, and integrated communications from insight to impact.

- Shape creative briefs in collaboration with stakeholders, using user insights and creative storytelling.

- Mentor design, copy, and video teams to bring big ideas to life.

### AI-First Creative Innovation

- Build and scale AI-integrated creative workflows across formats.

- Use GenAI tools to test, optimize, and personalize content at scale.

- Codify creative systems for automation.

### Narrative Craft & Format Thinking

- Create emotionally intelligent and effective storytelling reflecting Meesho's user aspirations and brand values.

- Guide teams to develop platform-first formats for all touchpoints.

### Creative That Moves Business

- Drive performance through storytelling, testing, and optimization.

- Translate insights into conversion-focused content.

### Cultural Fluency

- Understand regional and behavioral nuances across tier 2-4 India.

- Conduct user research for effective briefs.

## Requirements

- 8+ years in creative leadership (copy and art) across digital, video, and performance formats.

- Experience co-owning briefs with strategy or marketing teams.

- Comfort with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.

- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills.

- Hunger to innovate and scale creative thinking.
