## Description

SpaceXAI is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate construction schedules for field, subcontractors, and leadership.

## About the Role:

As a Construction Scheduler, you will build CPM baselines, update them based on real progress, identify risks, and explain schedule impacts of changes, delays, and recovery plans.

## Responsibilities:

- Develop baseline CPM schedules from drawings, specs, estimates, and construction sequences.

- Maintain live schedules by collecting progress, updating percent complete, and publishing updates.

- Identify critical paths, near-critical work, and potential issues.

- Analyze schedule impacts of RFIs, change orders, and other factors.

- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.

- Prepare narratives, variance reports, and executive summaries.

- Support claims and delay documentation.

- Enforce schedule standards and facilitate pull-planning sessions.

- Regularly visit the construction site.

## Basic Qualifications:

- 4+ years of construction scheduling experience on active projects.

- 4+ years of experience using Oracle Primavera P6.

- 4+ years of experience with owner/CM specification-driven schedules.

## Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

- PSP (AACE), PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, or similar credentials.

- Experience with forensic delay analysis, cost/resource loading, and Last Planner/pull planning.

- Familiarity with additional tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

## Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to work extended hours, including a 6-day/12-hour construction schedule.

- Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
