## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Kelso, Roxburghshire, United Kingdom. The role involves providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Details**

- Part-time, fixed-term assignment, 12 hours per week

- Contract end date: 01/09/2027

**Responsibilities**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist with filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience

- Help organise and move stock, maintaining shelves and store presentation

- Build product knowledge to make helpful recommendations to customers
