## Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling and successfully implementing IT projects in the field of medical billing systems.

You will work on central modernisation and transformation programmes – including cloud migration, process optimisation, quality assurance and the introduction of modern DevOps methods.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Project management

- Validation and structuring of project goals, requirements, schedules and budgets

- Control of all project phases (conception, implementation, testing, rollout)

- Compliance with relevant standards

- Risk and quality management

- Responsibility for successful project completion

- Stakeholder and communication management

- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in the healthcare sector

- Moderation of workshops and regular meetings

- Creation of decision-making documents and status reports

- Change and transformation management

- Analysis of changes and their impact

- Support in introducing new processes and technologies

- Participation in training concepts

- Evaluation and optimisation

- Assessment of project progress based on defined KPIs

- Identification and implementation of improvements

- Regular reporting.

**Your Profile:**

- Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar

- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management

- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage

- Knowledge of modern project methods

- Excellent communication skills and structured way of working.
