Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

Requirements:

- Be 18 years of age or older

- Digitally confident, with ability to use Sparks App and in-store devices

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and up to full-time hours during peak periods
