## Description

We are seeking a Senior FBP to drive strategy and decision support across LCH Group, reporting to the LCH Group CFO.

The successful candidate will be a commercial and experienced finance business partner who can work closely with the Group CFO, its leadership team, and the COO/Business managers and Change leads.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving the LCH Ltd Board presentations and LCH Group strategic planning process

- Leading critical deliverables, including LCH Board packs, Annual wind down plan, and stress tests

- Supporting M&A activity, integration/divestment opportunities, and due diligence exercises

- Producing analysis of revenue, costs, efficiency, and key KPIs

- Increasing analytics capabilities across the Business Partnering and broader Finance teams

The ideal candidate will have:

- A strong financial background, qualified accountant, and a member of a professional body such as ACCA or CIMA

- 10+ years of post-qualifying experience in Management Accounting and Business Partnering

- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability

- Proven track record of supporting budgets and regular forecasting processes

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Pro-active behaviour, demonstrating initiative and a positive work ethic
