## Description

RainFocus, a rapidly growing software company, is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect. As a critical member of the Client Success organization, you will own the overall architecture of client event programs, aligning platform design and configuration with strategic business objectives.

**Role Summary** The Solution Architect is a senior-most technical resource within the implementation consulting IC track. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, lead discovery and solution design, guide complex integrations, and provide oversight across multi-event portfolios.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations, considering client requirements, system integrations, scalability, and technical feasibility.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning RainFocus solutions with long-term business goals.

- Lead solution design and drive platform adoption, collaborating with Solution Consultants and technical teams.

- Provide oversight across the client implementation portfolio, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

- Lead discovery calls, post-conference reviews, and client communications, ensuring continuity, transparency, and growth across the client relationship.

- Mentor and develop Solution Consultants, providing active mentorship, expertise, and best practice guidance.

- Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement, sharing insights through whitepapers, social media, and conference presentations.

**Required Qualifications:**

- 8+ years of software implementation experience, with deep expertise implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients.

- Demonstrated track record of gathering, documenting, and translating complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.

- Proven ability to own overall solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or JSON for advanced customization and integration requirements.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

- Background contributing to industry thought leadership.

- Extensive experience with APIs.

- Demonstrated mentorship track record.
