## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Portfield Retail Park, Chichester. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively

- Digital confidence, with experience using technology to improve customer experiences

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 18:00-22:00

- Monday: 18:00-22:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
