## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone, working part-time from Wednesday to Saturday, 15:45-22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. You'll work effectively in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star customer service at pace
