## Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our CAMHS ward at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have 6-12 months of post-registration experience, active NMC registration, and a completed preceptorship programme. You will play a key role in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing and supporting nursing care within the ward environment

- Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families/carers

- Accurately observing, communicating with, and engaging service users to assess their needs and evaluate their progress

- Actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance processes

## Skills

### Required
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
- 6-12 months post-registration experience
