We're seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our Tech teams. You will partner strategically with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful acquisition of exceptional candidates.

**Responsibilities:**

- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes at every step.

- Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.

- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.

- Project Leadership: Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects.

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

- Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.

- Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process.

- Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.

**Compensation:**

- For Lisbon based hires: Estimated annual salary of €34,000 - €50,000

- For London based hires: Estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £90,000

**Benefits:** This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
