## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide patients with assistance in activities of daily living, such as managing medications, bathing, dressing, and preparing meals. You will work in patients' homes, providing essential care and support to help them maintain their independence.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Manage medications and medical equipment

- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Work independently with minimal supervision

**Requirements:**

- HHA 75 Hour Certificate or Current CNA State License

- CPR certification

- OSHA Certificate

- HIV/AIDS Certificate

- HIPAA Certificate

- Alzheimer's Certificate

- Domestic Violence Certificate

- Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors

- Valid in-state driver's license, current registration, and insurance

- Driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
