## Description

We are seeking a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Customer Services Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints at the reception counter, visiting and communicating with tenants, providing administrative support, liaising with service contractors, and providing customer services training to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and complaints at the reception counter

- Visit and communicate with tenants to understand and satisfy their needs

- Provide administrative support in the property management office

- Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided

- Provide customer services training to the team

Requirements:

- Degree in hospitality management or related field

- At least 3-4 years of experience in property management or related field, with 1-2 years at supervisory level

- Experience in hospitality or clubhouse management is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

- Fluent in English and Chinese

- Proficient in PC skills
