## Description

We are seeking a Protective Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Workplace Services team at Capital One. The successful candidate will specialize in collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting security risk intelligence information. They will partner with the Executive Protection and Threat Management teams as an OSINT specialist.

The ideal candidate should:

- Analyze collected information to assess the credibility, likelihood, and potential impact of threats

- Deliver clear and concise communication to various audiences

- Have familiarity with security operation centers and administration of travel security programs

- Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional partnerships and stakeholders

- Contribute to solutions with confidence and achieve desired outcomes effectively

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute highly-quality written intelligence products

- Brief leadership on salient supporting information to potential security threats

- Integrate within a continuous monitoring operation and provide near real-time intelligence support

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for executive travel, events, and residences

- Participate in security planning meetings and contribute to the development of security strategies

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience in intelligence gathering, intelligence database search tools, and analysis and reporting

- At least 3 years of experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) data collection, online research, and investigative techniques and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, or Homeland Security

- 3+ years of experience in the private sector

- 5+ years of experience in the collection and analysis of threat intelligence

The salary range for this role is:

- New York, NY: $118,800 - $135,600 per year

- McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 per year

- Richmond, VA: $98,900 - $112,900 per year

This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
