## Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

**Purpose of the Role** The Technical Product Owner will provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and technical side of product development.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provision of subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owner and technical side of product development

- Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision defined in product roadmap

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features

- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance

- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation

- Stay up-to-date with latest industry technology trends and technologies

**Assistant Vice President Expectations**

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills

- Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives

**Requirements**

- Hands-on knowledge of managing end-to-end Fraud detection product delivery back-end journeys in BAFI

- Own and evolve the Fraud Detection product vision, define and maintain product roadmaps

- Create business user stories, high-level process flows to enable engagement with delivery squad

- Provide ongoing support throughout build and create data dictionary and validation of data for business capabilities

**Highly Valued Skills**

- Working experience on business rules, model features, and domain experience of payments or cards journeys

- Working experience on re-platforming, migration, and data-driven back-end projects

- AI-assisted functional and tech spec-driven development

- Drive for process improvement, excellent soft skills, and risk management
