## Description

As a Product Manager in our Investment Solutions team, you will drive the strategy for financial products, define the product offering and distribution, and connect with various teams within the bank to turn client needs into valuable investment solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Strategy and product offering: Define the value proposition and strategy for the product range, identify client needs, segments, and distribution channels, analyse market trends, competition, and development opportunities, and create and maintain a product roadmap.

- Product lifecycle management: Coordinate the design, approval, launch, modification, and withdrawal of products, and maintain up-to-date product characteristics, conditions, and documentation.

- Product governance: Act as the owner or coordinator of internal approval processes for new products and significant changes, define the target market and distribution strategy, and coordinate validations with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other areas.

- Support for the commercial network: Handle queries from the commercial network and other channels, manage incidents, exceptions, and product-related requests, prepare guides, support materials, and internal communications, and collaborate in training for managers and commercial teams.

- Operational management and continuity: Ensure correct product parametrisation in systems and tools, work with Operations and Technology to resolve incidents, promote automation and standardisation of recurring processes, and establish an adequate control and monitoring framework.

**Requirements**

- 3-4 years of experience in strategic roles with knowledge of investment products: Ability to analyse markets, competition, and client needs, define value propositions and distribution strategies, and prioritise a product roadmap.

- Cross-functional coordination and governance: Skill in managing the product lifecycle and various processes, aligning with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology.

- Communication and commercial orientation: Ability to explain products clearly, develop materials and training for the commercial network, and resolve queries, incidents, and exceptions with a customer-oriented approach.

- Analysis and operational improvement: Capacity to translate product characteristics into system requirements, coordinate parametrisation, resolve incidents, and improve processes through automation, standardisation, and monitoring controls.

- Languages: Advanced English (C1/C2) or equivalent.

- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows, and solve business problems while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated results.
