## Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the overall customer experience across the store, managing the front-end checkout operation, and ensuring that all customers are served in line with our expectations.

You will also be responsible for managing operations in our petrol station, people management, and performance management. At times, you may assume overall responsibility for running the store, making sure that all colleagues are given direction and support to deliver for the customer.

The ideal candidate will have previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment, experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Taking responsibility for the overall customer experience across the store

- Managing the front-end checkout operation

- Managing operations in our petrol station (if applicable)

- People management and performance management

- Assuming overall responsibility for running the store at times

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations
