## Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our ElevenCreative Enterprise team. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch, and learn from creative using ElevenLabs' full audio and video stack. You will work with enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup

- Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth, and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control, and security reviews

- Turn a customer's ask into the real requirement: build bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalize when several customers want the same thing

- Ship end-to-end with little direction

Requirements:

- Experience working directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup

- Strong full-stack product engineering skills

- Ability to turn a customer's ask into the real requirement

- Experience shipping end-to-end with little direction

Location: Remote (between US East Coast and Europe)

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it.
