## Description

We are seeking a Services Business Operations Manager to oversee global services operations teams supporting many aspects of HPEN Services business. You will develop and manage processes, customize tools for maximum efficiency, and support integration efforts with a focus on systems, tools, and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Standardize operating processes, policies, and tools across global service sales teams

- Solicit input to identify needs of service sales teams and manage those needs across teams as needed to implement business practices and automation

- Interface with various internal IT teams to deliver needs of business while ensuring scalability and global consistency

- Improve operational efficiency with a focus on reducing manual work, increasing automation and adoption of tools, minimizing costs while maximizing output

- Manage a team of business operations analysts who support global service business in areas such as policies, process, systems, tools, training

- Understand and coordinate operational activities across several service business functions including new and support renewal quoting, order processing, support agreement management, sales opportunity management, and service delivery

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific business areas and the tools that support this area of service sales and delivery business, including SAP, SFDC, Oracle CPQ, and internal and external self-serve tools

- Define processes to support changing business needs and deliver training to global service sales and operations teams

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- 8+ years of relevant experience

- Ability to speak and write in English
