## Description

HP Austria is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support our dynamic sales team as a Sales Operations Intern. You will assist with daily tasks, but don't worry – no coffee serving or desk cleaning required! You'll get to participate in after-work meetings and enjoy some downtime with colleagues.

Your main tasks will be:

- Supporting daily operations

- Maintaining projects in MS Dynamics

- Assisting with quote creation

- Regularly generating and updating reports

- Managing customer lists

- Keeping various systems up-to-date

- Participating in and sometimes leading sales meetings

- Supporting events

We're looking for someone who:

- Speaks fluent German and English (additional languages a plus)

- Has good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Possesses basic analytical abilities and a desire to understand the IT industry

- Is eager to learn and adapt to changes

- Can build cross-cultural relationships and work well in agile teams
