## Description

We are seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to sell our Insurance Tracking software to commercial real estate, construction, government, and education clients. This is a high-visibility sales role in a high-growth SaaS start-up.

You will personally own every stage of the sales process , prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. You will build your own pipeline and work in a high-velocity environment that demands daily outbound discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting with rigor, making a minimum of 300 outbound dials per week, plus complementary email and LinkedIn outreach

- Building your own pipeline and converting wins fast

- Running sharp demos that map prospect pain to capability

- Creating 12–15 new qualified opportunities per month

- Closing 9–10 deals per month at steady state

Requirements:

- 1 year of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally with at least 1 year in a full-cycle closing role or an additional year as B2B SDR

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound , 300+ touches per week

- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a velocity motion

- Familiarity with HubSpot, sequence tools, and dialing platforms

Compensation:

- $75,000 base salary

- $150,000 OTE at 100% quota attainment

- 15% of first-year ARR on every deal closed
