Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Aurora, IL. As a Physical Therapist at Duly, you will have the opportunity to build your practice with dedicated time for patients, access to a strong internal referral network, and opportunities to develop clinical specialties.

**Schedule:**

- Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM

- Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

**Compensation** Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives.

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license
