## Description

We are seeking a Distribution Partner Manager to oversee our operations in Región Cuyo, Argentina. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating distribution partners to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, understand their internal systems and structure, and coordinate regular meetings to communicate company strategy and priorities.

- Business Planning: Collaborate with distributors to develop annual business plans, set sales targets, and establish POS allocation.

- Budget Management: Manage assigned budgets, including incentive budgets, free goods budgets, and POS budgets.

- Business Intelligence: Maintain strong working knowledge of Red Bull systems, proactively use available reports to maximize opportunities, and manage risk.

- Team Management: Monitor and manage DP field teams' performances, provide training and coaching to DP and their teams.

**Requirements:**

- Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred)

- +5 years of experience in distributor and supplier management

- Successful track record in team management and leadership

- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Local market/geographical knowledge beneficial

- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate distribution partners

- Strategic thinker with business acumen

- Presentation and training ability

- Excellent negotiator and influencer

- Strong communicator and motivator across all levels and departments

- Valid driving license
