## Description

We're seeking an Associate Director, Banca Training to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. You'll play a vital part in advancing our movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future. You'll focus on building a comprehensive banking and insurance training system to support the professional development of our sales teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop annual training plans to enhance sales team capabilities in bank channels

- Establish and implement a structured training framework and layered development system for banking and insurance channels

- Design and deliver standardised training courses using internal and external resources

- Introduce and localise group courses, ensuring the professionalism of AIA's banking and insurance training system

- Manage internal mentors, including selection, certification, and incentive mechanisms

- Oversee training platform operations, content management, and daily promotion

- Create and enforce training management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and group standards

- Provide technical support for specific activities and new product launches

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or insurance

- Advanced training accreditations preferred

- 8-10 years of experience in training and development, particularly in insurance sales and management

- Strong background in life insurance business and operating environment

- Excellent Mandarin and English language skills

- Experience in training needs analysis, program design, delivery, and presentation
