## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager - Catering to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.

As an Assistant Sales Manager - Catering, you will be responsible for ensuring that the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. You will meet with group coordinators/hosts to discuss event arrangements, read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, and respond to special requests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting with group coordinators/hosts to discuss event arrangements

- Reading and analyzing banquet event orders to gather guest information

- Responding to special requests and ensuring compliance

- Following all company and safety policies and procedures

- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance

- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others

- Supporting the team to reach common goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- At least 1 year of related work experience
