## Description

The Utah County Assessor's office is seeking a Certified General / Commercial Appraiser: Valuation Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the market value of commercial properties for property tax assessment, including retail centers, office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes, data centers, and specialized-use buildings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Determine the market value of commercial properties for property tax assessment

- Identify outliers, correct data errors, and reconcile assessed values with market trends

- Ensure all assessments are accurate, equitable, and compliant with state mandates

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree

- 5 years of commercial appraisal work experience

- Certification as Certified Residential Appraiser with the Utah State Department of Commerce

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification as Certified General Appraiser with the Utah State Department of Commerce

- Work experience in assessing
