## Description

As a Maintenance Trades Helper at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring MK 41 VLS equipment is maintained and tested to stringent VLS requirements to maintain National Security.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving materials up to 100 lbs., loading and unloading vehicles, and other activities in a helping or assisting capacity.

- Use basic hand tools such as ratchets, drills, grinders, etc.

- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites as required.

- Follow established policies and procedures for VLS work.

- Operate hand and power equipment, including forklift, for material handling.

- Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma/GED

- 0+ years of related experience
