**Job Summary:** This role manages merchandising activities and sourcing operations for Calvin Klein, collaborating with business partners, and supervising a team.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Manage brand development and execution in the hub

- Oversee calendar management and mapping

- Build strong relationships with supply chains

- Implement compliance and sustainability goals

- Deliver product and service level agreements

- Identify problems and drive continuous improvement

- Grow and develop talent

- Stay updated with market technology

- Partner with design teams and supply chains for innovative ideas

- Maintain good rapport and shadow leadership

- Monitor daily operations and provide clear direction

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- Bachelor's degree in apparel, material, or management

- Minimum 10 years of brand management experience with people management

- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain from concept to consumer

- Experience in developing supply chain capability and talents

- Global mindset for sourcing strategy

- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

- Agile and adaptable with a growth mindset

- Proficient in English and local language

- Strong product knowledge in multiple categories

- Solid knowledge in product development

- Experience in private label is preferable
