## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. The role involves working early mornings, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 05:00-10:00. A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
