## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking an Events Lead for Brazil to plan and execute impactful events across the country. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the tech industry, and native Portuguese with English fluency.

The Events Lead will own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. They will adapt and localize successful global playbooks while identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing event plans aligned with business objectives across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets

- Organising third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects

- Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution

- Creating compelling event messaging that resonates with Brazilian business audiences

- Managing event budgets and timelines end-to-end

- Analyzing event performance and providing recommendations for future improvements

- Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil
