## Description

Working as a Food Service Expert at Target means being part of a team that enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring products are fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced. As a Food Service Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, support team efforts, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience

- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards

- Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management

- Produce, package, and label items to specifications

- Maintain a neat, clean, and inviting dining area

- Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays as directed

- Follow food safety requirements and monitor temperature-sensitive food items

- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales

Requirements:

- Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business

- Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
