## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a critical role in supporting our guests and ensuring that our stores are stocked and ready for shopping.

The starting hourly rate is $17.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

As a Seasonal team member, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. You will also have the chance to develop skills in guest service, including welcoming and helping guests, resolving questions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products

- Providing excellent guest service and resolving questions

- Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

- Accurately handling cash register operations

- Climbing up and down ladders

- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely

- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
