## Description

We are seeking a part-time Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Oberhausen. As a Beauty Expert, you will play a key role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and embodying our brand's style

- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

- Upselling and cross-selling products to customers

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services

- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays

- Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the beauty industry or a related field

- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent our brand

- Ideally, experience as a make-up artist

- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset

- Proficiency in German (B2 level)
