## Description

We are seeking a Security Manager to oversee the daily security operations at Soho House Los Cabos. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members, guests, and employees.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the security department in accordance with established policies, creating a safe, courteous, efficient, professional, and flexible environment at all times.

- Supervise, correct, and teach assigned tasks to security personnel on a daily basis.

- Protect property and assets from damage, theft, and potential legal issues.

- Control access to common areas, including public areas, restaurants, bars, offices, pool house, and gardens.

- Handle unusual situations related to members or employees, such as individual disorders, thefts, accidents, or losses.

- Operate communication systems, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, and access control systems.

- Manage and advise the Accident Prevention Committee.

- Conduct regular security system tests and training for personnel.

- Ensure all security personnel are trained in security policies, fire prevention, first aid, emergency procedures, and report writing.

- Establish relationships with government authorities and fire departments.

- Investigate incidents, losses, and damages, and ensure proper follow-up.

- Perform tasks with diplomacy, tact, discretion, and efficiency.

- Maintain control of employee entry and exit through the main entrance.

- Develop and implement training plans with the Maintenance Manager.

- Coordinate fire brigade training and organise regular drills.

- Review daily events and provide special security measures when necessary.

- Collaborate with the P&D department to monitor employee activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field.

- English language proficiency (60-80%).

- Vehicle handling, first aid, fire prevention, and computer skills.

- Strong communication, conflict management, teamwork, and organisational skills.

- Service-oriented, positive, reliable, and responsible attitude.

- Flexible schedule availability.
