We are seeking a Director of Creator Acquisition to lead the continued growth of high-performing creators on our platform. Creator growth is a core driver of our business. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

The right candidate knows the platforms, communities, and events where creators gather and can build authentic relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. This is a sales-oriented leadership role responsible for building a pipeline of high-value creators, developing compelling offers to win their business, and positioning ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships

- Build a pipeline of high-value creators and develop compelling offers to win their business

- Position ShopYourLikes as the platform that helps creators maximize their earnings

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomes

Requirements:

- 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce

- Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline

- Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators

- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models

- Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet ups that matter most

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking

- Strong relationship-building skills with both creators and internal leadership

OTE Pay Range $150,000 - $200,000 USD
