## Description

We are seeking an experienced Investment Management Team Lead to join our team in Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. As a leader in the investment management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a future-proof Investment Management Team, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline, robust investment processes, and diverse investment expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Investment Management Team to perform all aspects of fund/manager selection, due diligence, monitoring, evaluation

- Formulate strategic and tactical asset allocation for all managed portfolios

- Take ownership of performance: be accountable, as a team, for delivering performance results

- Provide investment-related support to internal and external parties as appropriate

- Formulate customized Multi-Asset investment solutions for institutional clients

- Carry out and supervise the Type 4 & 9 regulated activities of the company

- Ensure the entire asset management function abides by regulatory guidelines/restrictions

- Regularly review and enhance investment processes

Requirements:

- University graduate in Investment, Finance, Economics or similar discipline

- 15+ years of working experience in fund investment or related fields

- CFA charter holder and/or other relevant professional qualifications a plus

- Solid financial background with good understanding of the global financial market

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to engage, develop, influence and motivate team members

- Positive attitude, ability to think out-of-the-box

- Strong understanding of asset management strategies, financial markets, and regulatory compliance
