## Description

As part of the Marketing team at Ampol's Kiwi contingent, Z, you'll help shape the online experience across the Z, Caltex, and U-GO websites. Your goal will be to ensure customers can easily find information, engage with promotions, and access the products and services they need.

You'll own and improve these websites as key marketing channels, helping deliver outstanding customer experiences across the brands. This role combines hands-on website management with strategic thinking, using data, customer insight, and business priorities to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day website operations, publishing and optimising content, and monitoring performance

- Working across teams to deliver meaningful improvements to the customer experience

- Using website analytics, customer insights, and performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

- Translating technical information into clear recommendations and influencing decisions that balance customer, brand, and commercial priorities

- Leading website governance, championing content standards, and shaping the future direction of digital channels

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships and influence across business, technology, and agency teams

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate data and technical concepts into clear recommendations

- Experience managing websites and digital content through a content management system

- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools to generate insights and inform decision-making

- Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, content optimisation, and digital customer experience best practices

The base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $108,350 per annum, plus a 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution, and health insurance through Southern Cross.
