## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Mercure São Paulo Vila Olimpia hotel. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of conservation activities, performing maintenance tasks on machines, equipment, and installations of small to medium complexity.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the execution of preventive maintenance activities based on checklists, inspecting and verifying the functioning of pumps, water tanks, lighting, generators, air conditioning, and hot water heaters

- Perform corrective maintenance in apartments, responding to simple calls such as lamp replacements and leaks

- Clean and paint technical areas

- Assist in the execution of services in the area, including masonry and painting, and transporting tools and materials

- Read and record daily consumption of gas, water, and energy

- Clean the pool, measuring pH and chlorine levels

- Comply with procedures related to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Open-mindedness, customer orientation, teamwork, proactivity, and clear communication

- Responsibility and commitment, attention to detail, and organization

- Problem-solving skills, discretion, and ethical posture

- High school diploma, NR 10 course, basic knowledge of electrical work, Microsoft Office, and internet
