The Production Supervisor-MP&L role involves coaching safety, quality, and productivity, monitoring andon occurrences, verifying line operations, supporting continuous improvement, and managing unionized personnel.

Responsibilities:

- Coach safety, quality, and productivity to meet objectives

- Monitor and respond to andon occurrences

- Verify line operations through Process Confirmation

- Support continuous improvement and problem resolution

- Communicate and recognize team achievements

- Develop Team Leaders and Members

- Create a conducive work environment

- Manage daily material handling functions

- Ensure proper material flow

- Provide direction and support for material handling

- Implement lean manufacturing practices

- Lead and manage unionized personnel

- Introduce new parts to production

- Implement Engineering Change Process

- Identify and correct data gaps in CMMS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is preferred

This position is a salary grade 7, ranging from $84,480-$141,360 per year.
