## Description

Join Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team as an Industrial Maintenance and Robotics Manager at our new site in Derval, France.

We are launching a new site in September 2027, and you will be part of the team that builds it from scratch. As a manager, you will lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the health and safety of your team

- Developing and growing your team's talents

- Guaranteeing operational excellence

- Leading continuous improvement and innovation

- Managing projects and stakeholders

You will work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to develop operational plans and implement new projects to improve processes and equipment maintenance.

As a member of the RME team, you will work with a range of exciting technologies, including automation, robotics, and data analysis tools.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Experience in a maintenance team in an industrial or production environment

- Experience in managing a team of engineers/technicians

- Experience in liaising with various stakeholders/third-party suppliers

- Fluency in French (CEFR C1 or higher) and English (CEFR B2 or higher)

- Knowledge of statutory regulations, such as machine safety protocols

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Knowledge of automated equipment, such as packaging machines and conveyor systems

- Experience with data analysis tools and control systems

- Experience in managing projects or Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma processes

- Knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
