## Description

IQVIA Turkey is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for its Call Center operations in Maslak, European side of Istanbul.

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least associate's or bachelor's degree

- Minimum 1 year of call center experience

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Solution-focused approach

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word

- Fast typing skills

- Ability to work effectively with international business partners and customers

- Teamwork and effective communication skills

- Completed military service for male candidates

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining the accuracy of data in our database and updating records

- Conducting source research and making computer entries

- Ensuring the accuracy of incoming data and generating high-quality outputs

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

- Transferring paper-based information to electronic media or coding data
