## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an intern in Secondary Process Innovation, Italy, starting in December/January 2026. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in a global organisation.

**Job Summary:** As an intern in Secondary Process Innovation, you will work closely with our team to observe, learn, and support the activities of the Secondary Operations department, with a focus on the aseptic and packaging areas. You will provide support in operational activities, process improvement initiatives, and digital solution development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support operational activities and process improvement initiatives in the Secondary Operations area

- Assist in the analysis of production and packaging processes to identify potential inefficiencies

- Provide support for COMBI and Inspection Readiness initiatives through data analysis and digital tools

- Collaborate in the development of digital solutions and AI agents to support production lines

- Analyse operational performance using dashboards and Business Intelligence tools

- Work with various departments, including Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Digital

**What you will learn:**

- Understand the functioning of Secondary Operations processes in a regulated GMP industrial context

- Familiarise yourself with aseptic and packaging processes

- Acquire knowledge of AI and data analytics applications in production processes

- Develop skills in performance analysis and digital process mapping

- Learn to use Business Intelligence and reporting tools

- Develop technical communication skills for various stakeholders

- Understand collaboration among different functions in a pharmaceutical production context

**Requirements:**

- Recent graduate in a scientific discipline with a strong interest in process analysis and digital solutions

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation, and PowerPoint for presentations

- Interest in digital tools, data analytics, and AI

- English language proficiency at B2 level

**Duration and Location:**

- 6-month internship, potentially extendable for another 6 months

- On-site internship in Italy
