## Description

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Eoghain McLaughlin, our Technology & Innovation lead, to drive innovation and improvement in our racing cars.

Responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

- Analyse data and develop solutions to improve car performance

- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to develop new technologies

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles

- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving

- Excellent communication and project management skills
