**About the Role**

As a 大健康 7*24 客服专员, you will establish effective communication channels between the company and clients, understand client needs and expectations, and contribute to continuous service quality improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Accurately answer policy-related questions and provide optimal solutions to clients

- Master business knowledge related to health and wellness services

- Assist clients with medical service applications and provide high-quality medical resources

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to efficiently resolve client issues

- Identify areas for process and system improvements and provide feedback to supervisors

- Provide support to team members and ensure smooth service delivery

- Regularly improve call quality and service professionalism

- Accept 7*24 shift scheduling and comply with scheduling arrangements

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- University diploma or higher

- 2-3 years of medical-related experience, claims experience, or professional customer service experience

- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese

- Insurance experience, fluent English, or nursing background preferred

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in office software
