## Description

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team at AVL Maroc SARL AU. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for completing PCB design from provided schematics. This role requires extensive experience with Siemens Xpedition Layout (VX2.14 or similar).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing low voltage, high current PCBs with stack-ups of 2, 4, or 6 layers.

- Working with high current through-hole components (fuses, terminals, relays, busbars) and SMD support circuitry (ICs, capacitors, diodes, resistors, inductors, etc.).

- Ensuring solid understanding of PCB manufacturing constraints and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in PCB layout design, preferably in industrial or automotive environments.

- Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition Layout (VX2.14 or similar) and Siemens DxDesigner (schematic capture).

- Familiarity with PCAD (layout and schematic – legacy support) and Gerber viewer software: CAM350 and/or CamTastic.

- Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
