## Description

The Immigration Consultant role will be predominantly working within the Fragomen International Internship Scheme team with exposure to some of the firm's most prestigious clients across a variety of industries.

You will be predominantly engaged in transactional work, supporting with preparing and submitting TW GAE visa applications.

Responsibilities:

- Manage your own caseload under Associate supervision

- Effectively utilise Fragomen's case management system

- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their applications

- Manage case billing in a timely and accurate manner

- Work collaboratively with the team to proactively manage and respond to client queries

- Review and assess new client enquiries and proposed internship programmes

- Support the management of the team inbox and review new enquiries

- Support compliance monitoring activities, including the preparation of client reports and communications

- Research and interpret UK immigration legislation, guidance, and policy changes to support casework and client queries

- Assist with the maintenance and development of templates and Scheme materials

- Contribute to business development initiatives, supporting the growth of existing client relationships and new business opportunities
