## Description

We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Donnington Wood. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our in-store pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful advice on their health and wellbeing

- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions

- Drive awareness of additional services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews

- Support the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes

- Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to them

- Collect prescriptions from doctor's surgeries on behalf of customers

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to complete an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, followed by training as a Dispensing Assistant.
