## Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to provide leadership for operations and develop/execute plant quality strategies and tactics aligned with global vision and long-term strategies.

The successful candidate will have a significant impact by:

- Providing total quality management advice to the plant leadership team

- Determining direction and priorities for the quality functional area

- Partnering with engineering, operations, and customer service to maintain and increase quality levels

- Driving reduction in complaints and cost of quality

- Furthering the plant's ability to advance quality at the source

- Direct oversight of FAA PMA operations and Authorized Release Documents

Requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- 7+ years of plant quality and/or manufacturing operations experience

- 2+ years of supervisory and/or managerial experience

Preferred qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading internal and external audits within ISO

- Strong leadership ability and history of leading high-performance teams

- Understanding of principle-based leadership and behaviors

- Experience in leading strategic and organizational development, operational excellence, lean implementation, financial accounting

- Effective communication skills

The expected compensation range for this position is $188,251 - $230,084, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
