## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Fosse Park Shopping Centre, Leicester. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time, flexible shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 18:00 to 22:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a high-energy team

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service

**Additional Information:**

- This is a Christmas-specific role, with potential to work full-time hours during peak periods (weeks commencing 13th and 20th December)
